Ouch! My boobs!

Kind of a strange question, but do anyone of you PCOS ladies ever get blindly sharp pain shooting all through one of your breasts? It can feel so sharpe to me that I have to focus on breathing and clutching my boob. None of my girl friends have this happen and my doctor has checked my breasts a number of times and they have passed an A grade for health... Wondering if this is something other woman go through that have this condition.
