Vaginal tears
I believe I have a vaginal tear around my perineum. I'm in so much pain and it's not even that big. It's just a small tear but it's trying to heal so it's really sensitive. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it heal faster? I can't bare this pain anymore.
