Nexplanon removed!

Had my nexplanon bc removed on tuesday (2/2/16) and was told to give my body about a month before my cycle restarts but it should be regular once it does... I've been spotting for three days (extremely light spotting) but with massive cramping. Is this normal? Is my cycle going to start sooner than a month after bc removal? Has anyone else had the nexplanon removed? Does this mean I could expect to concieve sooner than we thought? Just looking for input and others experiences thanks in advance!
