Swollen Lips!😬

So I notice that the lips of my vagina are swollen and red and almost hard. I don't know what to do. I had sex about a week ago but it was very short and we had a condom. I don't know if ita just irritated from sanitary pads plus the sex or if I'm allergic to latex or if it's just irritation or whatever it may be. I know I'm not pregnant and i can't see a gynecologist because of how my life is set up right now. What should I do I don't want this pain to get worse
