AF late...

So... according to Glow AF was due today. Glow has always been right. I've never been late.
December 29th, 2015 I went to my doctor and after running tests she put me on Metformin. Prior to taking metformin I've had 23-24 day cycles on average. However, in January I had only an 18 day cycle.
I've taken an early response pink dye test & it came up negative. Waiting until the end of the week to test again. Could this possibly be Metformin delaying AF & regulating me to a 28 day cycle?
Or maybe I ovulated late and am really pregnant but too early for the test to confirm it? 😬 I hope this is the case.
