Help no rude ass comments

Well me and me SOhave been a thing for about 3 years..&& I think the fire has died..all we do is have sex..no dates barley talk to each other and we live together ...I think my heart is saying move on cause I feel like the love honesty has died :( and I think he wants to move on too I try talking to him about it but he ignores it or changes the subject sometimes he jokes (I think) & says when you getting a new boyfriend..ladies HELP
