Why is it not happening 😭😭😭😭😭😭

My period has arrive again today I don't really talk to anybody about this Iv been ttc 9 months now 😭 I luckily have a two year old who's I got pregnat with ok accident. I'v had all sorts of tests. I know this sounds stupid but my body's never been right since my emergancy csection. I went for polyps removed but then they wernt there !!! My periods used to be terrible I didn't leave my house and the last 3 have not even been painful. We tryed pree seed this month on my fertile days! What eles can I do ?!? Iv tryed not trying and I just carnt :( sorry for ranting normally I can deal with anything but I getting so down with all this now ! Any hope ?? Thankyou
