Early Pregnancy Bleeding

Ok so I'm going crazy!!! I found out I was pregnant Monday morning and Monday afternoon I started spotting. I'm just shy of 5 weeks pregnant and have been spotting brown all week until today. Today I had a couple hours of cramping and heavy flow. I'm scared bc I know what it probably is, but is there anything else this could be? Please any help before I get to the dr Monday
