Leg cramps??

I have seemed to wake up with more charly horses on my legs than ever and that hurts so bad especially wakin up with it. Is it just me or has this happened to you ladies too?

Me too. I wake up and have to walk around to stop it. And sometimes I think I've worked it out and go back to bed only to lay down and feel it again and have to start over. Or worse I get up with the pain and have to pee so walking to the bathroom helps but sitting down to pee brings it back. I've tried everything, bananas, stretching before bed. Lots of water. Nothing helps. One time I got the cramp in the top of my leg instead of my calf like normal and I couldn't walk it out I had to wake up the hubs to massage it out. Thank goodness that only happened once.
