Dont know what to think💔

I've gone to my 2nd ultrasound today and it wasn't good news. I went to my first one on the 2nd and I was measuring smaller than normal so he had me go back in a week which was today and we still couldn't see anything there was more fluid and a sac but still no baby, he is going to run a few more tests but he said chances are it is a missed miscarriage. It's just so heartbreaking because we were trying for 2 years now I'm losing my baby. Baby dust to the rest of you sorry for the babbling just had to let it out somewhere. Hoping all you soon to be mommies have a healthy and sticky pregnancy. Thanks for reading.
