What was that!?!??

My best friend came to visit this morning!! Haven't seen her in a few months!

We were sitting on couch talking and I had this random very strong sharp pain shoot through what felt like my whole torso down to the vagina area. It made me stop for a second. Felt like lightening bolt? Or a heavy weight being slammed down through my torso to the vagina... and I felt a dizzy for that split second. That's the best i can explain...

Any thoughts on what this could had been?? I'm 38+1 weeks. I have had no sign of any contractions this whole time and have no idea what to expect when they do come....

Thoughts!!!??? Please?
