Am I overreacting to being pregnant and not married?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years and we have a child and one on the way! We already live together and everything but I want to get married! But he doesn't I guess? I ask him all the time when is he going to pop the question but he always says "I don't have any money." But yet he can blow $300 at a bar or on weed but he doesn't have any money....  All his friends are planning weddings and I get SO jealous. Am I just being crazy because I'm pregnant? Is it wrong of me to get annoyed with waiting? One of my coworkers said after 3 years I should have left.. Was she right???

This is why you should have the marriage conversation BEFORE deciding to get pregnant together. If that's something you really want but he doesn't you can't really change it now...

You should never have to force someone to pop the question or want to marry you. If he's blowing his money on things like weed or going out to the bar you guys are already heading in two different directions in life. Might be time to call it quits.

I would give him an ultimatum, propose within the next 18 months or you are going to think he's not serious about the two of you as a couple.

He isn't ready for marriage. Pressuring him isn't gonna make him marry you either... if anything, it'll push him away. Just be happy in your relationship. Don't Get married because other people are getting married. You guys live together, love each other & expecting a baby. Just be happy & he'll proposed when he is ready. Sometimes, things happen out of order. If all of his friends are married, getting married... he'll marry you. Just don't pressure him... be happy in your relationship. My bf is the exact opposite. We have one on the way and he wants to get married. (He has been wanting to for a few months now) only thing is I am 18, I feel like I am to young, and that people might look down on me. I so love him but I am just not ready for that right now. I feel so bad because he wants to and I just keep saying let's wait a few years even though we've been dating since I was 16 :/

Let it come naturally, don't keep asking him about when his going to pop the question, it would ruin it. Never know he may be planning it and wanting to surprise you and propose when you least expect it. Worry about becoming parents together as you're pregnant now :) good luck and congratulations!

I would move out. Don't do his laundry, cook for him, clean for him and live as if you're husband and wife if he can't make you his wife. He can't see the point in marriage when you're already giving him all the benefits of what a marriage consists of.
