Are Hot showers dangerous like hottubs?

I just realized that I looooove taking hot showers but that means obviously it's hot... Is that just as bad at sitting in a hottub or sauna. Now I'm freaking out. I'm going to take a shower now but it's definitely going to be a warm one.

hot showers are fine and even hot baths. just make sure you arent raising your body temperature significantly. thats where the danger is.

I love taking hot showers & still do while pregnant & baby boy is doing fine. They help me to relax plus I have allergies and they help them too.

Hot is fine. But trust your body queues. If you feel overheated or flushed or a little short of breath... It's too much! I took hot hot baths in my first pregnancy and drank cold water while in there and jumped out as soon as I felt too hot. My belly was above the water.. You're not going to boil your baby :p
