nipples hurt?
my nipples hurt so badly (I'm 14 f) I checked them out in the mirror and they are red and sore but nothing else. nothing has been helping I tried changing my shirt, going shirtless, taking off my bra, putting ice on them( ice made them hurt more) what can I do to help the pain?
