Sick 😣

So I've been feeling sick all day headache slight sore throat but the worst thing has been nausea! It's so bad it makes me feel like I just want to throw up everywhere idk if I should be worried about it don't have a fever as of yet. Should I give it until the morning and see if it's a 24 hour thing? Not sure if it warrants a doctor visit or not but I hate being sick when pregnant makes me worry
