Crazzzyyy! Need some advice please x

Hi, im new to GLOW and could do with some advice.. so me and my partner at ttc for 3 years now, i had a mc last september at roughly 6 weeks pregnant. ive just recently been diagnosed with PCOS and possibly not ovulating reguarly and have my first hospital appointment with the gynea in march... me and my partner have a good sex life. But this past week all i have been wanting at every minute of the day is sex,sex & moreeee sex!!! My back has done nothing but ache and my most fertile window is this week yet i have never ever been this horny. Has anbody got any advice??
