Have you ever experienced a late period after taking antibiotics?

I was prescribed Cipro for a UTI about 3 weeks ago. Now my period is 4 days late. There is absolutely no chance I am pregnant unless it was an immaculate conception. Just wondering if the antibiotics are the cause.
