I went to reach for something on a top shelf in my kitchen tonight and felt this pull in the left side of my stomach. I immediately stopped reaching but it's still bothering me. Is this something I should be concerned about? I am only 5 weeks 5 days. I don't know if I just pulled something in my stomach or if I could've done something to harm the baby. So nervous for a miscarriage that anything lately is freaking me out.
