Just my luck (rant)

Recovering from a c section, been home 2 days with the newborn and my toddler comes down with a fever. It's not super high but her being sick around my bottle fed newborn makes me anxious. I tried breastfeeding a bit so that my newborn could get some of my colostrum, my milk came in yesterday, but she won't have it. I don't have a manual breast pump otherwise I'd do that just till this sickness stops going around. And by the rate I'm going, with not actually sleeping and trying to clean and take care of the newborn while hubby takes care of the toddler, I am afraid of getting sick. The only good thing is my husband is currently out of work so he is home 24/7 helping. Thank God. Anyone got some advice?
