What did you do differently to finally get your BFP!

I am looking ahead for next month, because I never got a positive ovulation test this month. The line got darker but never darker than the control line. So I am out this month. I just want to know for all you ladies who finally got your BFP, first of all congratulations, can you please share what you did differently this cycle, for those of us who are still on this journey?

As cliche as it sounds...I stopped worrying about trying! And I also figured out by my due date that I ovulated like a day after my 2 day period! I was trying really hard at the wrong time all those months bc I refused to do opk tests lol. I prayed a lot too and asked to be blessed with a baby When it was meant to be. I found out on my 32nd birthday Im pregnant with our first and due on Oct 3!

I tried forever. Then had a miscarriage and tried again for awhile.   The differences I did that finally made the difference were: giving up caffeine and wine, exercising daily along with eating really well, using Glow to track my ovulation then using dollar stick ovulation tests on those days and making sure to have sex, and drinking a fertility tea. I got mine at the local health store.   
We were on the list for the fertility clinic and had given up hope.  It can happen!!!!

We used preseed and softcups and followed the sperm meets egg plan got our BFP our first cycle trying these methods after months of no success

Had an HSG dye test then used opks for the first time. Something finally worked after two years of trying.

I tried acupuncture, preseed, baby aspirin, CoQ10, DHEA and opks. The acupuncture was new this cycle, started preseed last cycle. Got my BFP just today at CD 25.

Hi! My bf and I cut out alcohol and caffeine and ate healthily. Also exercised at least 3 times a week. I took Cassanovum Plus tablets and pre natel vitamins. My bf also took specific fertility supplement vitamins. We used pre seed too. Had sex on 2 days before ovulation and the day after. I am now 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant.

I had to take baby aspirin and folate around the time that I suspect I was ovulating up until I had my period. I also had to use progesterone cream. I did this because I have MTHFR and thyroid issues. Sure enough, I got my bfp last December on this method.

After ttc for only 3 months, We finished in the missionary position (me on bottom)  (which we never usually do) and then I layed there with my legs up against the wall for 15 minutes. That was the first time we did that on the first time I ever took an ovulation test (and I was ovulating!) and we got pregnant. Unfortunately though I had a miscarriage.
