No period :( pains!!

My bbt has been dipping unusually low and fluctuating this luteal phase, I'm on CD 32, suffering ovary/pelvic pain. Could this be because of a recently prescribed SSRI? I don't usually have these concerns. I'm wanting to balance my hormones and flora, can you advise?
FYI: I'm 22 and was on the mini pill for 6 years, I stopped a year ago. My cycles range 25-35 with 6 days flow. I suffer PMS, tender breast, irritability, bloating, lethargy, with awful period cramps during my menstruation.
