I've talked a lot of feminism today, so I'll just rant about the first bit. seriously. I don't hold open a door, pull out a chair, cover a meal, or give up my seat on a train or bus because I'm trying to make a political stand. I do it because it's considerate and I feel like being a nice person. 
Because it truly isn't that hard to pause ever so briefly to let someone catch up and not have to try juggling to open a door, and it's not hard to stand up when the old lady, old man, pregnant person, or struggling individual asks or looks like they need it. 
You don't have to be a feminist, or "anti feminist" to be a decent person.

I personally love being a female and treated like one. Men open doors for me all the time and I think it's very sweet. My husband still opens my car door. I do the house work and cooking too and don't mind at all. Of course I have my husband do the lawn and take out the trash lol.

And I think because what feminism is supposed to be verses what people imply with it, society just gets confused and doesn't know how to react.
