Ovary cysts

Hi😌 ive recently discovered i had a ruptured cyst on my ovary. The pain level was really high i cried all the way to the hospital lol. There were no symptoms beforehand, it happens randomly. Since then, have had ongoing checkups but the doc said the only treatment they can offer is the pill, but ive never been on any form of contraception, and prefer to keep a natural approach..and most womens bodies naturally absorb the cyst/blood over time which is what we're hoping for in my situation. Does anyone have any info about what may behelpful?
