Symptoms on progynova

Anyone else taking progynova as part of preparations for having a FET in a week or so. I've been on it for 10 days now. I've got pregnancy symptoms like exhaustion, starvation and nausea. I had these last time on fertility meds so not worried about them. But I've also got achy craminess in my lower belly. Not as bad as period pain, but not fun either. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm assuming it's normal but it's inconsistent so not sure.
