My name is Kayla. I am 21 years old and trying to conceive my first child. Here's a little background on me. I started birth control when I was 14. It never actually regulated my period till about 3 and a half years ago or so. I got put on Yazmin 5mg pills. All was fine for about a year then I got serious pain, heavy bleeding and abnormal periods. Then after roughly 2 years of being on yazmin. I had constant heavy bleeding from April 2013 to august 2013. In the mix of the heavy bleeding I got placed on the skyla IUD. From June 2013 to December 2013. I has to get it removed because the pain was unbearable. After I got that removed I got placed on gildess fe 1 mg pills have been on them ever since. In january i had a cervical infection from the iud. In April 2014 the pain was so horrible I started to confide in my OBGYN. He decided to just bring me into surgery because nothing was showing in my ultrasounds besides cysts, but the pain that I was having was indescribable. I had surgery may 2014 and got diagnosed with endometriosis. I haven't had an abnormal cycle since then until now. Of course, I get the abnormal cycle when I have been trying to conceive for the past month or so. My last period was October 1st to October 5th. I've been having unprotected sex all this month so far and part of last month. I started spotting about 5 days ago. The color goes from brown to red. No clots what so ever, and it's off and on bleeding. Not like a period at all. I don't even have cramping with this bleeding. Yesterday I was very nauseous and the past few days I've been bloated. I live in a very hectic household. One of my roommates just came home with her new born baby and my other roommate started her period. I started spotting the day my roommate came home from the hospital. I'm very confused about what my body is doing. My boyfriend and my roommates sister both believe I could be pregnant. Should I take a test or should I just wait for my period? Any feedback or advice would be fantastic
