Help with Hairstyles!

Okay, so I am in the gym Monday through Friday. My boyfriend and I are going to be training for our first competition very soon here! Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (currently) we are in the gym twice a day. 4:30AM for fasted cardio and then again at about 7pm for our heavy weight lifting with no cardio.

The problem is, our gym opens at 5am during the week. I have to be at work by 6:15am. We are really good about getting there at 5 s that we can get started asap but I am having so much trouble trying to do my hair after I shower there!

I have super thick hair and it will frizz pretty easy. By the time I am done doing my fasted cardio, it is 5:30ish (or slightly after) and I have about 20 minutes to shower and get dressed.

I work in an insurance office so my daily wear is usually slacks, flats or heels and a nice top.

I was looking for some advice on how to do my hair on these mornings? I want to be able to look nice still but also be able to do it quick. I can dry most of my hair in a good 5 minutes.

Just looking for some pictures, links, ideas on how to do my hair when I am in a rush! I am so tired of throwing it up in a messy bun straight out of the shower! lol 😩

P.S. I have looked online but most of these styles are just braids. Was looking for maybe a little more than just that! I am terrible with doing my own hair haha
