Is this amount of pregnancy brain normal?

I'm 28w5d & this is the worst I have concentrating on anything in my life.  I will be doing something & feel like I forget what's going on 5 seconds later. I don't know of this counts as pregnancy brain or a state of confusion that I should be worried about.  Is anybody else having this? It's honestly frustrating.

I walked into the kitchen with the sole purpose of making dinner, stopped when I got there and thought "why the hell did I come in here?" And went and sat back down. 30 mins later my husband asked when I was going to start dinner and I was like oh, crap, that's what I was doing lol.

Ya I think it's normal. I mean I do the same thing just like last night I went and got my kids ice cream and I put it away, in the cabinet with the plates lol. Today I went to put away milk and forgot what I was doing with it in my hand lol...oh the joys of being pregnant
