Discharge making factory

I ALWAYS have discharge! I've heard many times that "it's just because you're about to start your period" but it's not! Before my period, after my period, after I wake up, ALL THE TIME! And it's not just a little, either. It makes me think I started my period because it's so much. It usually ranges from white to clear, but when it's white there seems to be more of it. I've been having to wear pads full time because it gets so bad. And it smells most of the time. Like I'm sitting down and I can smell it coming from my own coochie. Is there something causing it, or any way to fix this? (I'm 16 :) )
