Seizure medication and b.c. methods

So I have just been put on seizure medication at the beginning of this month and am sexually active. I am on a super low dosage of Levetiracetam but my neurologist told me that it could interfere with my birth control method.  I have been taking the pill for about 2 years but I'm wondering if there is a good birth control metjod thst works well with my medication. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same kind of experiences with stuff like this. I'm going to see my gyne soon but I just wanted to know what works best for other people!
