Spotting and Pregnant??

Question

I am 30 years old. For as long as I can remember, AF has been 4-5 days, 28 day cycle, on time like clockwork. Past 2 months, AF is 3-4 days early, extremely light, and lasting only 1 day (if that). Husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 months.. pregnancy tests all negative. Should I be concerned?? Anyone experienced this??

I could have written this .. 
I'm 28, last 2 months I've been spotting light pink lasts half the time, no cramps, no clots, and no need for a pad. I wouldn't have known it was there if I hadn't been looking for it.

I'm used to full on thick and heavy for at least 6 days with plenty clots cramps and period nasties. Just seems so different. It's totally not me. I get spotting again on CD12 now too. And the pms moodiness hits after instead of before. I mentioned it to the doctor but apparently cycles change with age. I said I'm not menopausal?! He said no .. phew!
