Early pregnancy symptom?? Hopefully.✨🤔

Hi guys. My ovulation date was the 8th. At least I think it was lol. But I'm having tender boobs/ nipples so bad it hurts to even touch. Now before I thought I was pregnant.. Cause I had faint lines on both test I took. Then planned parenthood test said negative.. Idk if it was to early or what. But hopefully this is a early symptom.. They kinda feel different too, like their getting harder. Or something. Also they feel like their growing bigger & out of my bra now... This never happens.. I'm having other symptoms too but this one stood out to me the most. Opinions?? No ride comments please.
