please please someone explain
I'm 17 and every night while trying to fall asleep I feel like I can't breath or that I stop breathing. It's really bothering me and it scares me and I haven't been able to sleep very good because of it. Idk if it's anxiety or something physical and idk if I should see a doctor or a counselor or what. I tend to feel better and a little more comfortable if I'm sleeping with someone else or my dog but I can't stay with my boyfriend till the weekend. I'm just really upset and worried.
