Bradley Method...anyone else???

Question

After a girlfriend of mine told me briefly about the Bradley Method, I found a class and signed up for class. The more I learn about it...the more excited I get! Anyone else planning to have a Bradley birth???

Yup! We are 4 weeks into our class. It's been awesome so far!

I've used Bradley Merhod for 3 of my four previous births. I recommend taking the classes.

They didn't call it that at my birthing class, but that's what my instructor was teaching. 8 hours of how to breath, how to relax, how husband can help, positions for relief and making things go smoother. I enjoyed learning all that, and plan to use those techniques.
