Completely untrue. I've been with a taller man (6 foot 2) that had about a 5 inch dick with a pinky circumference. The sex was great, but size wise, not that big. I know a man who is about 5 foot 6 with a 10 inch dick that's thick as fuck. Took me by surprise, that's for sure. My fiancé is 5 foot 4. He's about 7 to 8 inches and pretty girthy.
