Odd question about TTC and working out

Ok i have an odd question! I do super intense workouts at the gym and also lifting heavy weights. We are TTC #1 so im new to all of this! These workouts have caused me to start before- so i am wondering if i could possibly cause a MC due to the intensity? Do i need to stop training and picking up heavy weights and just do light cardio like walking, bike, elliptical, and stairmaster? Thanks for any and all advice! :)
