My first appointment on Tuesday they said I was 9 weeks, went in for my first ultrasound today & doc said I am actually 7 weeks.. I just don't seem to be able to see my jellybean, everything was said t be fine.. has this happened to anyone??

Not to me. I was able to see my baby at 6w5d.

Looks like an abdominal US? Sometimes the early ones they'll do transvaginal to get a better picture.  What kind did you have? By your next one the baby will be big enough that an abdominal will be a good picture. 😊 My first one is next week (they told me it'll be transvaginal).
