Inquiring minds want to know. . .

My husband had a visectomy reversal surgery in order for us to TTC, it was a big deal and required some recovery time, etc., so obviously everyone from family to co-workers now knows that we are TTC.  This means people are constantly asking me if I'm pregnant yet, or how is it going? etc.  We've only been trying two months people!  :) I love these people and they mean no harm, but I'm a very private person who would not have told anyone that we were going to try to get pregnant, so this puts added pressure on us both, and I'm not sure how to respond when asked such a personal question.  Have you all had a similar issue?  Have you kept the fact that you're TTC a secret? How do you field questions about your fertility?
