No symptoms after BFP

So I should be around 4w5d and I have absolutely no symptoms. My boobs are a bit tender but only to the touch and walking down stairs. I have a terrible feeling this one isn't going to stick. I had a miscarriage in November and with that pregnancy, my sense of smell was through the roof, my boobs felt so heavy all the time, I was constantly bloated and I could not stop eating tomatoes. This pregnancy seems like nothing compared to the last and I'm terrified it isn't going to last. Any one else have a healthy pregnancy with no symptoms right off the bat?
