Sex is needed. I'm in a poly relationship and I'm the younger. The primary gets more sex than I and she's older than I by 10 years. Sex is needed to still have that emotional spiritual and physical bond. Plus endorphins,!!!

We try to have sex at least once a week but sometimes time gets away from us and we start to feel off. Then I realize it's been a while since we'd had sex. Since I'm about 6w preggers right now not been in the mood lately so hopefully that'll change in the upcoming weeks.

We used to do it 2-3 times a week, but since moving into our in-laws' house after losing our apartment in a fire, and after me getting pregnant, we do it much less. Even when I'm in the mood, the walls are VERY thin and even when we're quiet and in the middle of things, his siblings often knock on the door to ask him something or because they need something in the room.
