Blood in discharge 2 days after period. Recently diagnoses possible pid..

When I had my son we had to do an emergency c section..He had already went to the bathroom inside and after it was all over we were given antibiotics for infection. They didn't pay very much attention to us..Recently found out I have possible pid and after my period even a couple days after there is some watery discharge and some that has a little blood. Last week I was given a zpak and these other meds which couldn't finish bc it made me throw up. I'm so worried still and hoping I can get pregnant again..help
