Getting pregnant after ectopic pregnancy..

3 weeks ago i had surgery because i had an ectopic pregnancy and my Fallopian tube was swollen and bleeding out, i was hemmoraging pretty badly. So now i only have the one Fallopian tube and I'm petrified of something going wrong if i her pregnant again and losing all chances of having a baby with my husband. Who else has gone through this? Were you able to have a healthy pregnancy? How soon after did you start trying again?
