Abdominal pain?

According to app I'm 8 weeks. Yay! However I awoke this morning to a bloated feeling in my stomach that will not go away. Not cramping, it's higher up and nauseating.

Gas? I've just been to have a scan due to pains up high and was told its trapped wind. Been advised to drink plenty of water 24/7, then a couple of days getting into that, add more fibre into my diet. Not the other way round though as it will block you up more. X
