Private call as in private number? I get wrong numbers all the time. Sometimes even after midnight. Why go crazy when you have partial information? That's just looking for problems where there aren't any.

All these answers about going crazy are killing me, why are you all with someone you clearly don't trust!? If my fiancés phone rang at 3am we'd be worried it's an emergency or we'd both be like wtf who is this??? Yikes.

Honestly it depends I would either answer it or if I'm too sleepy I'd just let it go lol but if he were to answer and be suspicious or just act weird in general about that call then yes, I would go off and demand to know who it was. But it could just be a random call, if you really want to be at peace about this just ask him nicely, in a cool manner like "oh that's weird, you have a private call from 3 am?" And see what he says lol

I would answer and see who it is because my husband and I are "allowed" to answer each others phones. Could have been a wrong number! Don't jump to conclusions.

My husband manages emergency breakdowns for trucks on the road and gets calls a lot from weird numbers. So for us it's normal. My husband would never even look at another woman. He doesn't have it in him so I would never accuse him. But thats my situation. Was this a random call or ??

Well since we're both levelheaded adults in an adult relationship that's been build on mutual trust and respect, I wouldn't suspect anything or jump to conclusions.

We'd both probably wonder who the hell is calling so late. I'm sure he'd answer it just incase it was someone he knew that needed help. I'd assume the same and would ask politely who it was.

My husband often gets calls in the middle of the night. It's always work. He leaves his phone out and I can always look at the name/number if I want. But, I trust him. The times he has taken the calls, He does it with me in bed beside him.
