Did you use OPKs at first?

We are TTC for the first time and I'm on board with temping and charting and I was curious if anyone started using opk when they first started? What's the difference between that and charting? Any experiences you can share would be great!

Strips are great with showing ovulation. Much better then digital. I stopped tracking my temp when I did strips and will continue dr said ll go crazy tracking too much

This is my first time TTC and the first thing I bought were these ovulation and pregnancy strips. I just recently ordered a BBT thermometer bc I figured why not, it was only $6. But I test my LH surge 2x a day at 1pm and 7pm I feel like the strips will give me a more accurate reading on my ovulation then a thermometer. This is my first month TTC and off birth control.
