Girl/boy myth?

I heard something and want to know if its a myth or not. Girls are conceived before or day of ovulation. Boys are conceived after ovulation. Myth or not myth?

No the female sperm live longer but swim slower. The male sperm swim fast but die sooner. You are more likely to conceive a boy if you have sex the day of ovulation. You are more likely to conceive a girl if you have sex a little before ovulation.

Honestly though unless you know exactly when you ovulated and when you had sex there's no real way to know. Girls last longer, boys swim faster, even if you did the baby dance every other day a girl could have made it to the egg at the same time as a boy so still a 50/50 chance of either

I heard it was the other way around. The sperm that contains the male sex cells travel fast and don't last as long as sperm containing female sex cells. So apparently conceiving on the day of ovulation gives a higher chance of it being a boy whereas a few days after ovulation there's a higher chance of it being a girl because they travel slower and last longer, and they make ones would have died out by then.

I've heard it n trying it and it's cos female sperm last longer n swim slower so sex before u ovulate for a girl whereas male swims fast but die of faster so sex on ovulation day and 2 days after are best for a boy....however it's not 100 %

I've always heard that because boy sperm are fast swimmers, they're also the first to die off because of all the acid/bacteria inside of us. Since the girls are slower, the boys take one for the team. But it's all a matter of who makes it first. 👌
