Not sure what's going on?!

Ok, just want a little insight from you guys. For the last week I've been having many pregnancy symptoms for example.. Nausea (vomited once), very sore breasts (and swollen) upset stomach, hot flashes, dizziness, heart burn (which I never had before), and fatigue. I didn't ovulate this month like I normally do. My last period was 1/30/16 but I get it every 3 weeks. It was only 2 days long which isn't out of the ordinary but cramping was not bad as normal. I took a pregnancy test today and it said negative. Have any of you had this happen to you, and ended up actually being pregnant ? I would be very happy if I was, as I've been trying. I have an appt today to see what she may think. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
