Is is possible to feel symtoms before implantion

So my husband & I BD on one of my ovulation days just one which was a 27% chance of pregnancy recording to my glow app but idk what's too early to feel pregnancy symptoms because I never been pregnant before. But I'm starting to feel cramps & I have a really thick CM which never happend before my husband & I been trying to TTC for 3 months now but my CM is so thick I feel super wet like my cycle is on but it's not have anyone else felt this before?
