Finally a bfp after years of trying

I can't even believe this .... I'm so shocked.  My husband and I have been trying for 6 years to conceive. We've tried everything and finally this cycle worked. I did not expect a positive at all I have absolutely no symptoms. I'm so happy and scared at the same time. I'm hoping everything will be ok.  Am I dreaming ? How long until you can see something on ultrasound ? I am 17dpo
