Need help!!

This is the first month I have been tracking my ovulation with strips... So I am naturally a little confused.. The two strips on the botyom were from yester morning and night. The three tests on the top/left are from today. Top is fmu the bottom strip and digital were taken about 5 mins ago with the same urine... I am very confused why the strip says go time but the digital reads low fertility??!? Any help or advice would be appreciated
