Pooping post partum 😳 tmi

Okay so this is tmi but I'm desperate. So I'm 7 weeks pp and I've been constipated ever since. I take stool softeners daily, eat prunes, and nothing helps. When I do finally go it hurts worse than giving birth did. It feels like I'm pooping out glass. I had my doctor check me out 1 week pp because my hemmoroids were bleeding so bad, they have gone back in and don't bleed anymore...until I have a bowel movement and then they bleed slightly...but the pain is just SO BAD. I cry and feel like I'm going to lose my mind from being in so much pain. I told my doctor at my 6 week check up and he just told me to keep taking my stool softener.
